A virtual reality helmet Lenovo Mirage Solo appeared in pre-order
Lenovo and Google introduced a virtual reality helmet called Mirage Solo at the January CES 2018. Now the device became available for pre-order in the online store B&H Photo.
The model is positioned as the world’s first standalone VR headset with support for Google’s Daydream. It is offered at a price of $399,99.
To work the helmet does not require wire connection to a PC or smartphone. Google Daydream uses technology to track the movements of WorldSense. It tracks bends and turns, allowing the user to move freely in the virtual space.
Lenovo Mirage Solo is based on the basis of VR-platform Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB on the drive. A 5.5-inch display has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a frequency of 75 Hz and a viewing angle of 110 degrees. A built-in battery 4000 mAh provides up to 7 hours of battery life. Supports Wi-Fi (802.11 ac), Bluetooth 5.0, there is a 3.5 mm headphone Jack. Included is a wireless controller Daydream.
