Inability to concentrate, short attention span, weakness — all these are clear symptoms of overwork. Well, if they appear only in the evening, after a busy day. But what if in the morning there is all the same signs?

2.In the morning eat cereal

4.Do the breaks

Your job is to continuously communicate with people? Colleagues and clients need to rest, too! Find a way to be alone. Renew make-up, do some exercise or just sit in a comfortable position, eyes closed…

6.Get a plant
