Environmental phototour Panasonic, and Jaguar recalled the beauty of the Land and reasonable consumption
During the month three «fotoromanza» (two people each) traveled the most picturesque parts of Northern, Central and southern Europe, taking the pictures and posting them on the website www.journey.eneloop.com and the social network of the project.
Their fans could vote for the best pictures of «likes» each of which was equal to 1 Euro. In total the team shared a prize pool of € 21,000 – his company Panasonic has pledged to donate a non-governmental charitable organizations that represented «photobetty». Rainforest Trust is acting in the protection of tropical forests and their inhabitants; Aktionsgemeinschaft Artenschutz dedicated to the preservation of endangered species of animals and plants, and the African Conservation Foundation to rescue African wildlife.
For transportation the team used eco-friendly vehicles – the first electric crossover Jaguar I-PACE. Strategy Destination Zero, in which Jaguar Land Rover aims to make the planet safer and greener environment, in tune with the General idea of the project «RECHARGE». Jaguar, and Panasonic actively invests in the development of technologies allowing to reduce negative impact on the environment and reduce harmful emissions into the atmosphere, while maintaining the advanced technical features of their cars along with the impeccable design, and demonstrated that Jaguar I-PACE.
Panasonic for many years drew attention to environmental issues, releasing a colorful limited edition batteries. This year «limiti» eneloop earth painted in shades of green, beige and brown — natural colors of the Earth. The batteries can be recharged up to 2 100 times without losing capacity , which corresponds to the idea of «RECHARGE».
Originally predskazanny batteries eneloop by solar energy and save up to 70% charge within 10 years of storage , representing a reasonable and environmentally friendly replacement of conventional batteries.
