Fasting days — it’s the same diet for weight loss, but once a week. This diet will not bother, it will allow you to control the weight and improve the body. Day weight loss you choose for yourself. We suggest to do this on the weekend.

Of the many products for weight loss, we have selected for you the most effective. Can choose one favorite and to lose weight alone, or alternated.
A day at the watermelon — 3 kg of pulp per day and 2 liters of boiled water.
Kefir diet — a 1.5 l drink for 6 meals throughout the day.
On apples — 1.5 kg of fresh peeled apples to eat 6 receptions.
On potato — 1.5 kg boiled in their skins potatoes to eat in 5 receptions. You can drink buttermilk or low-fat milk.
Rice and Apple fasting day — 3 servings of rice porridge (25 grams of rice and 150 ml of milk 1 serving) and 0.8–1 kg raw or baked apples. Eat all 6 techniques. Drink 2 liters of boiled water.
To reduce appetite recommend drinking an infusion of crushed corn stigmas: 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons pour 0.5 liters of boiling water, keep 10 min in a water bath, to insist 2 hours, strain. Take 1/4 Cup 20 minutes before a meal. Also suitable for green tea.
