Montblanc Summit — smart watch running Android Wear 2.0
Swiss watch manufacturer Montblanc has unveiled a luxury smart watch Summit waterproof according to the IP68 standard enclosure.
New cost about $980 is available in two versions – stainless steel or titanium.
Montblanc Summit are running the operating system Android Wear 2.0. Watch is equipped with a 1.39-inch AMOLED-display with a resolution of 400×400 pixels, a Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 2100, 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal.
Despite the mind-boggling cost, Montblanc Summit have no NFC chip, no GPS module, no SIM card slots.
They preset dials classic watches of the company. Montblanc Summit able to display the data on the physical activity of the user (the number of steps taken, calories burned, and distance traveled) and push notifications from your smartphone (notification of emails, text messages, incoming calls, reminders and updates from social networks)
Montblanc Summit will go on sale in the US and the UK in may, and on the markets of other countries will be released in July.
