Poor sleep reduces the duration of life: what prevents us from sleep
Scientists from the American medical center Pacific, in California, found that poor sleep quality can significantly wear out the body and “steal” about five years of human life.

The researchers believe that more important than sleep quality than its quantity for human health needs a healthy and sound sleep.
Of the factors that can affect the quality of sleep, experts name the following:
The constant worrying and endless tension, in the end, depress immunity and weaken the body’s defenses. As a result, the sleep becomes shallow and restless.
Natural processes in the body are violated failure to comply with a certain routine and bad habits. Late laying, drinking alcohol at night or evening overeating can lead to sleep disturbance.
Both physical and mental fatigue can lead to chronic insomnia due to overstimulation in different parts of the brain.
Accommodation in the area with a deficit of green areas, as well as polluted air can lead to oxygen starvation and, accordingly, deterioration in the quality of sleep.
Uncomfortable sleeping conditions
The quality of sleep depends on the comfort that a person experiences when going to sleep. Defective sleep may cause dust in the room, too dry air in the bedroom or uncomfortable bed. Experts suggest before going to bed to ventilate a sleeping room, regular wet cleaning and to buy a comfortable mattress.
