Recipes home remedies to fight spring fatigue
Spring, like autumn, many of us experience the Blues, feeling the malaise, unexplained fatigue and apathy.

“Lisa” will tell you how to deal with the spring depression and to regain the vigor and good location spirit by using folk remedies. We present three Express recipe, based on medicinal herbs:
- Take 2 tbsp. l. leaves Ivan-tea and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water. Put on fire and bring to boil, then take off the stove and let it brew for 30-40 minutes. Infusion strain and take 1/3 Cup 3-4 times a day for half an hour before meals. The course should last at least 2-3 weeks.
- 10 g of crushed dried leaves of bearberry (bear ears) zaley Cup boiling water. Just heat it in a water bath for 5 minutes, then take from the fire, carefully wrapped container of broth and let stand 30 minutes. After that, strain the infusion and drink 1 tbsp. l. 5-6 times a day for half an hour before meals for 2-3 weeks.
- Pour 4-5 tbsp of crushed leaves of wild strawberry 1 liter of boiling water and leave to infuse for 2 hours. After that, strain the infusion and drink 1/3 Cup 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals.
