Snack cake with spinach and mushrooms – a master class
Very tasty and hearty snack cake with spinach and mushrooms! By the way, this appetizer can also be prepared and in the post. The magazine “Love to cook!” recommends – checked version!
You will NEED:
- For the dough: 2 Cup. flour; 1 Cup. water; 2 tbsp Rast. oil; a pinch of salt
- For the filling: 200 g fresh or frozen spinach; 2 tbsp flour; 250 g of mushrooms; 1 onion; 1 tomato; 2 sprigs thyme; 1 clove of garlic
- vegetable oil for frying
To combine and mix ingredients for dough. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each into a pancake. Put the cakes in the silicone form and bake in the oven every 15 min at 180 °C.
Spinach problanshirovat, add thyme leaves, crushed with a blender and fry in a pan. Dissolve the flour in 1 Cup. a decoction of spinach. Add 1/2 flour mixture to spinach mixture and mix well. Mushrooms finely chop.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil. To connect with onion mushrooms, add the chopped garlic to the remaining flour mixture and mix well.
