Curd Easter with candied fruit and boiled egg yolks
You will NEED:
- 1.2 kg of cheese
- 0.4 kg of butter
- 15 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 300 g icing sugar
- 0.75 l of a 30% governmental cream
- 100 g of raisins and candied fruit or marmalade
- pinch of cardamom or vanilla to taste
- zest of 1/2 lemon
