What to consider when counting calories
Those who follow the diet, read the information about nutritional value on the packaging. However, it does not give the full picture of how many joules do you get for lunch. What to consider more?

The numbers on the package say about the energy value of that food as such. However, how much of nutrients from it kicks in, depends on several factors.

Firstly, from cooking. Raw digestion of fats, proteins and carbohydrates is less efficient than after heat treatment.
Secondly, the temperature. Already cooked but cold food has a lower energy value.
Thirdly, from the texture of the dish. In powdered, liquid and semi-liquid, air, soft the calories are digested worse.

The conclusion: definitely received for Breakfast or lunch the number of calories will never count. However, when planning your diet, consider what you currently need: to get as many calories so as not to accumulate and not to postpone – or, conversely, to get more energy.
