High heels – an essential attribute of the wardrobe of any woman. But many know that the higher the heel, the worse the legs. We offer exercises and other ways to help relieve fatigue, heaviness in the legs and prevent other diseases.
Using this sort of exercise for legs, you can train the muscles of the leg and foot, which will contribute to reduce pain in the legs. Each exercise should be repeated 15-20 times.
5. Sit on the floor, legs straight. Stretch your arms outstretched towards your toes to feel some pain. Make 2-3 a rocking motion, then return to the starting position.
6. To sit on a chair, throw a leg over the other to see the foot. Hand squeeze into a fist and protruding bones to do massage on the sole of the foot from the toes to the heel.
A great help to relieve fatigue of foot bath using medicinal herbs: chamomile, calendula, wormwood and leaves of mountain ash. Take 1 tablespoon of herbs, pour 1 liter of boiling water, to give leave to a moderate temperature, strain and keep the feet until cool infusion. This bath also eliminates untidy odor, sweating, itching.
