What vegetables are dangerous for teeth
European dentists have found that some vegetables adversely affect human teeth. It turns out that a number of vegetable crops that are useful products for the body, can harm the teeth and lead to cavities and various gum diseases.

Due to this fact simple: along with many vitamins and minerals in these vegetables contain certain acids that can cause gum disease and tooth enamel. Such acids include malic, oxalic, succinic and others.
In the list of “problem” teeth vegetables were squash, zucchini, eggplant, bell pepper, sorrel, squash and asparagus.
However, dentists do not recommend completely abandon the use of these products: these vegetables contain fiber and pectin and also rich in potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamins a,C and b and other elements needed by the human body.
To avoid the negative impact of these vegetables on the oral cavity, dentists recommend that you just brush your teeth or at least rinse your mouth after each meal, including eggplant, zucchini or asparagus.
